Case Study V: How Plant Spirit School & Summit Reached New Audiences

Overview

Plant Spirit School and Plant Spirit Summit are two projects by EntheoNation, a brand led by Lorna Li, they needed a powerful online presence to reach a growing community of visionary shamans and spiritual seekers. After moving EntheoNation’s website to a new server, we helped prepare a launch for both the school and the summit. This involved creating two online spaces: one to share educational content and another to host a virtual summit. We had four months to set up these platforms for a large event with top speakers in spirituality.

Project Goals

  1. Plant Spirit School Website: We built a website focused on providing educational materials about visionary practices and spiritual growth. This platform shares educational content like videos and interviews. It also directs visitors to the summit.
  2. Plant Spirit Summit Launch: We prepared the online setup for a three-day summit, featuring 18+ speakers from the psychedelic and spiritual communities.

Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing

To promote the summit, the owner worked with other brands as partners. These partners shared the summit with their own audiences. Our job was to track which visitors and sales came from each partner, so we could pay commissions fairly.

Our Approach

  1. Tracking and Optimization:
    We built a system to track leads and sales:
    • Collecting Data: We first collected lead data on the website.
    • Data Delivery: A webhook sent this data to spreadsheets, then Zapier sent it to an email system.
    • Backup Systems: To prevent data loss, we used two methods for tracking. This way, data was secure, even if a sale happened long after the first contact.
  2. Lead Generation and Marketing:
    We created interest before the summit:
    • Interest List: We first built a list of leads who wanted summit updates. They received event details before anyone else.
    • Remarketing: From over 100,000 visitors driven by our partners, 40,000 opted in. For the rest, we used Facebook Ads to remind them about the event.
  3. Ticketing & Event Setup:
    As the summit date approached, the speaker lineup was confirmed, and the event dates were finalized. We also built a simple ticket system, which led to:
    • 2,000+ Ticket Sales: This resulted in approximately $100,000 in revenue.
    • High-Ticket Service: We also set up a second funnel to offer special services to the most interested attendees.

Results

The Plant Spirit School & Summit launch exceeded expectations. We used smart partnerships, careful tracking, and good systems to increase visitors and sales.
