When TOEFL Speaking Teacher was brought to us, the business was a one-person operation. The owner handled everything—teaching, managing customers, and running the business. To help, they brought in a virtual assistant employee for customer support and a few admin tasks. However, things were still a bit chaotic without any real systems in place.

The system upgrades helped TOEFL Speaking Teacher grow steadily and operate more smoothly. Eventually, the owner was able to sell the business. After the sale, the business was rebranded by the new owner, who then made further optimizations.

Plant Spirit School and Plant Spirit Summit are two projects by EntheoNation, a brand led by Lorna Li, they needed a powerful online presence to reach a growing community of visionary shamans and spiritual seekers. After moving EntheoNation’s website to a new server, we helped prepare a launch for both the school and the summit. This involved creating two online spaces: one to share educational content and another to host a virtual summit. We had four months to set up these platforms for a large event with top speakers in spirituality.
To promote the summit, the owner worked with other brands as partners. These partners shared the summit with their own audiences. Our job was to track which visitors and sales came from each partner, so we could pay commissions fairly.
